Once the price is agreed on we will step in and do all due diligence from showing proof of funds to getting a signed executed contract. You will be paid a consulting fee which is a percentage of the buyer’s downpayment of 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember: All your clients must be signed up for the (credit repair<\/a>) program before starting the process of looking for a property. This will get them on the fast track to getting all things lined up and ahead of becoming a homeowner.
