Welcome to the Poppa Homes OwnerShip Program where we help buyers regardless of credit score become homeowners. You’re as realtor’s job is to assist those who want to become homeowners by showing potential buyers properties suitable for their families.
There is no fee to be part of our program besides just signing up and being qualified to take advantage of our program. Your job is pretty simple is by helping the buyer negotiate a price that centers around our numbers which can be found on the “How it Works” page.
Once the price is agreed on we will step in and do all due diligence from showing proof of funds to getting a signed executed contract. You will be paid a consulting fee which is a percentage of the buyer’s downpayment of 50%.
Remember: All your clients must be signed up for the (credit repair) program before starting the process of looking for a property. This will get them on the fast track to getting all things lined up and ahead of becoming a homeowner. So please have your client signed up from day one which will get them far ahead of the process.
