How to Get Your Real Estate Website Index on Google in 2mins
Here at Real Estate Marketing Headquarters, I try to strive to educate you on all parts if real estate marketing. Sometimes that marketing comes in the form of a simple hack. Not a cyber hack or something a few people do across seeing to still your life identity, I’m talking about the online hack of creative marketing.
Content is the #1 one way to dominate your local real estate market if you’re able to create epic-wow content. Besides creating content which I will talk about later in another up and coming blog post, first I want to give you guys an easy way of getting your content listed in Google in less than 2min.
This simple strategy will work on any website in the world. All you have to do is produce the content, and implement the techniques I’m about to share.
Importance of Content
Before I show you how to get your website on Google in less than 2mins I first want to talk about the importance of content, and how that content will explode your online presence. Once you understand the relevance of content as a real estate person, then you will see the power of words. Not only words but words that will be discovered in Google just with a few clicks of the mouse.
The power of getting your content you write on your website on Google is really important. Why?
Once your content hit the internet search engines then people will find, read, share and take action on what you wrote about.
For Example:
If you’re a real estate agent looking to explode your real estate marketing to even higher levels to get even more listings then think about this.
Let us say you’re from my local market as a real estate agent, and you want to target a certain community to gain the listing. What you will do is write the content, get it optimised and posted onto your website. That title of the content can be something like….
3 Steps to Selling Your Southern Hills Property in Shreveport, LA
Once you hit “Publish” your content is on your website but it can’t be searched yet through Google search engine. Meaning the second you publish the at the content it will not get indexed in the search engines until maybe a week, two or even sometimes a full month after you post it.
This means the content you worked so hard to produce can’t even be found in the search engine until weeks down the road. No way my friend this is not acceptable at all if you’re trying to dominate your local real estate market. I need my content online, and not only online but online in a matter of mins, not weeks.
Get Your Content on Google
Back in the day, the only way to get your website content into Google is by manually submitting each and every one of your pages as you create them. Today you don’t have to do that, but the issue is that it can take too long for the GoogleBots to come by to index your page.
No more..allow me to introduce you to Fetch as Google. This cool piece of software Google developed now allow any page to get the index into Google in a matter of minutes.
Below is the complete video from A to Z on how to use it to get your content on Google in mins. But for those who love to read content I’ve posted a step by step guide.
In the screenshot below you will see a screenshot of one of my greats real estate marketing ideas for the realtor industry. What I did is that I created an epic-wow piece of content about how to get unlimited, real estate listing.
What you see is the title of that blog posts where I copied and pasted it into the search engines. Once I clicked the search button, to my surprise my website wasn’t listed at the top.
Yes, I did see places where I shared the content on other social media accounts but did not see my website link which is a bomber.
So at the end of the day how do we go about getting that content index so it can start driving traffic from the search engine?
Here are the steps I took to get my content on Google in 2mins.
Step #1
Login to Google and search for “Google Webmaster” If your site is not already setup on Google Webmaster then follow this guide by Google.
Step #2
Click on Fetch as Google
Step #3
Enter your website/path extension such as www.yourwebsite.com/enterthisextension….from here press “FETCH AND RENDER”
Finally, all you have to do is click “Submit to Google” and the waiting process will begin.
2min Results
If you watched the video above then you will see after 2mins that piece of epic wow content I was written, and posted to my “Fetch as Google” account is now in the search results.
That is the power of producing content people are edged to read, but now given them a chance to find it as soon as it’s live on your website. How Powerfull is That?
You see my goal is to give all my members of the Real Estate Marketing Headquarters AKA “REMH” community to tools and resources that will allow you to dominate. I’m pretty sure if you asked any other local real estate person about content marketing or even better how to get their content index most will look at you sideways.
You, on the other hand, have a simple creative strategy that will get your content out to the local market before they even know what hit them.
The goal now is to keep producing awesome content that will flood your search results. If you’re able to produce 100 pieces of content and use this simple to use software to get the content index then you will control the entire online market.
Just know that whoever control the local online presence is the one who get the leads. But it all starts by having a website to create content, and putting it out for thousands to find locally online.
