Why I Created this Guide?

The sole reason for this guide comes from years of seeing just pure garbage online. You know I can’t even explain it in this guide how frustrating it is to see these horrible real estate websites. I’m talking about a site that has no title, no optimized pages, not mobile, and simply not useful at all.

You see, I’m one of those guys who started back in the old days when we use to create simple websites on Geocities. If you remember that platform just like me, then you’ve been online for a long time. Starting from back later to see the evolvement of websites over the years, I’m just confused about why the real estate industry hasn’t caught up.

What do I mean about the real estate industry hasn’t caught up?

Someplace somewhere, the real estate industry never jumped on the ride of quality websites. Why do I say this? Take a look at the websites like Century 21, which gives out extensions of their sites to partners, brokers, and realtors.

Look, I’m not trying to pick on them in any sort of fashion. I’m just given a point. This point on top of all the real estate websites I see today, I’m just looking to really open the eyes of everyone today.

I will like to know how you can have a website that doesn’t serve a purpose? Meaning how can I attempt to capture leads when there is nothing forcing me to give you my information. Web sites that lack the following are what I see every day and the reason why I took out over 36 hours to create this guide.

  • Don’t Solve a Problem

What I’ve noticed that around 98% of the real estate websites have these issues, even the fortune 500 companies like Century 21. They give out a great website that just measly..sell, sell, and sell some more. There are no institutional factors at all t increase leads overall just merely selling.

Power of an Educational REI Website

You will see me use educational REI websites a lot in this guide. Here I want to give you my definition of this keyword phrase.

Definition

Educational REI Website – Real estate website that converts visitors into high quality leads by forcing them to take action by engaging in epic-wow content.

I feel like if you want to be a successful person in real estate, then you must know how to educate people. You can’t be a salesman who is over-aggressive, pushy, and just plain insensitive to the seller or buyer situations.

Your website must reflect those same views if you want to dominate your local real estate market. You have to transform from being the salesman to being the real estate person who is there to lean a helping hand. If you can create a real estate website that caters to people by them solving a problem, then getting leads will be like taking candy from a baby.

The key to success when having a website in any niche market is to create epic-wow content that educates and opens the eyes of the readers that force them to make a quick decision. This can be in the form of buying a product, a service, or entering their information into your lead capturing box. Without this model of marketing, if you have a website, then you just make the journey that much harder to overcome.

To become successful, no matter the industry, you must learn to help people, and don’t be afraid to give away some of your most guarded secrets. You may look at this and say why you would give away so much value to the reader, knowing that they will go out and perform those actions themselves. Personally, I’ve been online for so long now that I’ll be the first to tell you that I don’t read many websites/blogs. If I do, then their going to have some of the best forms of content online. Meaning that content has to be educational and good enough to take me from working on my own website to reading theirs. We all know once you start to have a successful website online, you really don’t’ have time-wasting reading garbage.

Ok, before getting into creating your educational website, I first want to introduce you to a few websites that have broken down the walls of having an educational website. These two websites are maybe the only two websites that I will stop what I’m doing to go read. Why

First and foremost, they are filled with…

  • Provides value throughout

Allow me to just run through these bullets points just for one second, so you get a grasp of what I’m talking about.

  • Highly written epic-wow content – These websites continue to bring the best of the best content for their respective readers. When they produce something, it’s of value and something you can put to use the moment after you read or listen to it.
  • Constantly updated – I really don’t care for sites that don’t update at least once a week. Both of these sites are updated at least a few times a week, but one of them is updated many times per day due to the high value of readers and writers.
  • Great people behind them – The people are what make the readers and potential leads come back for more. The original kind words they choose in their content make the readers fill good about themselves and show that they care about your success.
  • Provides value throughout – When looking at an educational website, if it doesn’t provide value throughout the site, then its a waste of time. Meaning you should be able to click on any parts of the sites and find value. Something of value should be around each block from a guide, videos to tutorials.
  • No Salesman on the staff – This one here is a kinda funny one I put into the equation. When I say no salesman on the staff, I’m pretty much referring to that they don’t force your hand to buy something. They strictly stay in the educational approach mode and allow you to make that buying discussion.

The two sites I’m referring to is Biggerpockets.com and Smartpassiveincome.com

The reason I’m using these two sites because if you know it or not, they bout complement each other. BP is all about the investing side of real estate, which is the base of this guide is to show you how to build an awesome educational real estate website.

SPI is about all the moving parts of marketing from online to offline. Pat has pretty much built a machine over there that caters to people who just want to be successful in some form or manner. The transparency he gives is what makes people fall in love with his site and make you comfortable to buy anything he is promoting.

Josh Dorkin the founder of BiggerpocketsOne of the great people behind this website is Josh Dorkin, the founder of the #1 educational real estate investing website in the world. I found this site back in August of 2014 when I was doing a little research online on a niche market I would be interested in writing about.

I wanted to start creating content online on the marketing side of real estate, and so happen upon BP. What I found amazing about the site are all the real estate investment tools and resources they give their readers. The information on the site from the podcast to the jammed packed blog posts their contributors write is just awesome.

The site I’m introducing you to now has nothing to do with the real estate industry. Pat Flynn, the founder of SPI, is living the life most people dream about. Pat has one of the most educational internet marketing websites in the world.

You see, no matter if it’s the real estate industry or the internet marketing industry, all rules still apply when you’re trying to gain leads online.

The #1 rule that Pat stress is to educate people, and then allow them to make the decision to move forward to buying or using your services. From doing the educational model through his content and #1 rated podcast on iTunes, Pat is able to build a following of thousands of people just by educating them.smartpassiveincome on podcast

If he is promoting something on his site, you will never know it. What I’ve learned from him ever since the early days back in 2008 when I first stumble across his site is that he stresses teaching versus selling.

Don’t believe me, then make sure you check out his monthly income reports, which are sometimes depressing if you’re sitting on the other side of the table. You can’t even imagine those numbers of making 80K plus a month without asking anyone to buy anything.

The SPI community will tell you that the best thing about the site is always the content Pat distribute out in the form of blogs and podcasts.

What Did We Learn?

Very simple and plan if you want to take your real estate business to the next level, you first not only have to have an educational website, but it must force people to take action. BP and SPI are in two totally different niches, but they bout are working for the common goal of educating people to turn them into leads.

Now I hoped I’d given you some form of which route we want to go with this. You should now understand the importance of having #1 a website, but something that will gain leads by being read and shared with others.

Now for the moment we all been waiting for is the step by step process of building an excellent educational real estate website in under 10 Minutes.

Choosing Domain and Hosting

One of the biggest hurdles I see real estate people and the average person who is trying to start a business online is picking that domain name. Wow, this is one subject I can talk about all day, knowing that there are people who are struggling with this big time.

What I’ve found out the people who struggle the most with this are those in the real estate industry. How many of you have seen a real estate type website like this when it comes to the domain name?

Look, I see this all the time when doing research, browsing, or working with new clients in the RE industry. First thing I ask them, how did you come up with the domain you have? Most of them were probably told they needed something long and targeted.

Some people went out and talked to other investors, realtors, and brokers and were told to put the name of the city in your domain name. Not only that, many of them had to make sure to insert those magic keywords, such as…

  • Investors
  • Homes
  • Houses
  • We Buy Houses
  • Private
  • Homebuyers

Now there is nothing wrong with these keyword or key phrases in your domain, but the issue is that you honestly don’t have to use those words at all. You’re not going to rank any higher or lower by having certain keywords in your domain. Google really started to crack down on this some years ago when people started to name their websites whatever keywords they were trying to rank for.

So now your domain can be named…

Even with these horrible looking domain names, you still can dominate your local market. Now I’m not going to dive deep down into this. Just know that when choosing a domain name, it just needs to be short, sweet, and to the point.

Picking a Domain Name

What I usually try to do is choose a domain that is brandable and easy to remember. I always say if someone was listing to the radio, and my website address is mention, can that person remember it easily without writing it down.

So simply think short and sweet domains.

What do all these domains have in common?

  • • Google
  • • Yahoo
  • • eBay
  • • Amazon
  • • Wal-Mart
  • • Best Buy
  • • Target
  • • Star Bucks
  • • Sears

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that all of these are short and easy to remember company names and domains. These names are not picked by mistake; the marketing behind all these first comes from them thinking of a brand. Having a short and sweet name also transforms into a short and sweet domain name.

So when you decide to go with a domain name, just think about your brand in a short but sweet way. No need to use all those keywords on your website. Honestly, it makes the domain look unprofessional and messy.

Now Lets Setup a Domain and Hosting

I’m not even going to argue with anyone about who has the best domain and hosting service. What I use and what my clients use is the one and only Bluehost. Personally, they are the best by far when it comes to having everything you need at your fingertips.

Before we get started, just check out this short video on the Bluehost family.

First, you will need to go over to Bluehost so we can find and set up your hosting and domain.

Next, you will need to click on the big green button that says, “Get Started.

Real Estate Website

On the next page, you will see a number of choices to choose from when it comes to the package you want to buy. But to keep it real with you, there is no need going to higher prices. Just stick the minimum amount, which will be billed on annual terms.

Bluehost Prices

The third page you get to is center around what we talked about above, which is picking your domain. You will have two choices from “New Domain or I Have a Domain.

Simple and plan if you have a domain, then you can transfer it by going to “I Have a Domain” From here, you can go through the process to transfer your domain from location A to B, which is Bluehost.

So just for the domestication, I picked the domain name “Antoniohomes.com” This domain is short sweet and being branded around my first name. Doing it in this manner helps so much down the road when looking to take your real estate business offline. People will be able to say it quickly and, most importantly, remember it.

Finally, at the bottom, you will need to enter your payment method, which you will only be billed for that one year.

Note: The only box that needs to be checked is “Domain Privacy Protection” everything else is a no show if you ask me. You should end off with around $98 total for the entire year, which is 100% awesome when you think about it.

Now that we have gone through the process of picking a domain and paying for our hosting, now it’s time to install our WordPress platform. Installing WordPress is so simple that a 5-year-old could do it. Once installed, we can then start the process of setting up our website, which will be even easier.

Installing an SEO Friendly and Mobile Ready Theme

Before we get into installing an easily customizable theme that is SEO friendly and suitable for local online domination. I first want to talk about themes or what a lot of people call them web pages.

One of the things I want to clear up with all of you is that almost everyone web site theme you see online is a duplicate theme. Meaning if you bought an item from one of these websites that sell all sorts of themes, then best believe someone else has that same theme.

The only way you will have a different theme compared to someone is if you pay to get a custom theme built. Believe me, when I tell you unless you’re some fortunate 500 company, don’t go out and spend that type of money just to say you have the only website online that resembles yours.

Doing something like this can cost you thousands from customization to coding, which is a headache no one needs. But I still come across those people consist that they must be the only person with a theme just so they can stand out.

Facts About Themes

  • They are easy to upload
  • They’re easy to customize
  • They’re easy to find online
  • You can purchase most under $50

False Facts About Themes

  • You can only use it “crazy, huh.”
  • Hard to customize
  • Needs to be high quality

These are just a few facts and false statements I hear all the time from people who are looking to start a website. Most of them say that they want something different than everyone else in their industry. They want to be able to stand out from the crowd.

What a lot you may not know is that no matter how custom, unique or well-written content you have on your website without great marketing behind it, your site becomes that one cactus in the middle of the desert. 

Basically, what I’m trying to say is that when you choose a theme, just go after something that is of high value that you can customize as you like. Just know someones has that same them which can be thousands, “and yes, I said thousands” take that theme and customize it by using special tools which I will help you with. Doing this will allow your site to be as unique as possible to make you feel as though you’re the only website online that has that style of the theme.

Installing a Theme

Here in this guide, I’m going to supply you with two ways of getting a theme. One is the paid way, and the other is one of my favorites, which is the FREE way. Now for the sake of this guide, I want to introduce you to “Themeforest,” where you can find literally hundreds of WordPress ready to go themes.

You can browse around by typing in real estate themes and check out the starting lineup of themes. Like I said earlier that you could find a theme under $50 of high quality, so don’t think you’re going to have to spend tons just to get something of value.

My Issue” For the real estate industry, these are the norm type theme most of us come across that seem a little too house friendly. What I mean about house friendly is that most of the real estate themes I see beside the “We Buy Houses” themes are that is focus too much on selling a piece of property versus educating my potential lead.

I realize that at the end of the day, we want to buy and sell real estate, but I’m one of those people who like to do the educating first off the back versus any other style of contact. So the themes you will mostly see here are for the Realtor, Broker, or real estate company.

They really don’t touch on the need just offers a solution to introduce yourself and list your properties, which are cool but not so good for local market domination. My recommendation is to hold off on buying a theme until you feel like you’re ready for a different look.

What I’m going to give you is a free real estate that I customized myself center around the real estate market not only that, it will come with all the educational pages, content, images, and more.

Free Ready to Go Real Estate Website (Created by You)

What I’ve done is created an educational real estate theme that all you have to do is upload to and do a little on-page optimization (which I will so you how to do) and bingo you’re ready to go.

Duplicate Websites – nearly all websites online are a duplicate of some nature unless they spent thousands on a custom theme. So just because your item looks like another doesn’t mean it’s less valuable.

At the end of the day, everything comes down to a theme that is.

If your site can checkmark all these above, then you’re ready to dominate any local real estate market.

I can get an REI from XXXXX – Crazy that I’m writing about this because just a month ago, I got an email from an investor in Little Rock AR asking my opinion on these sites that charge by the month. Now first, I want to say I have no issues with these REI websites that charge clients by the month to use their platform.

I’m just one of those people who ask why to rent the cow when you can buy one. Think about these numbers for a moment and tell me which you you would go to.

One time fee for a website $500 to $750 – Simple math huh

or

$29 per month for a lifetime. Even better, let’s just say you have the site for five years at the stated price.

$29 per month x 60 months = $1,740 and continue to charge month after month. It doesn’t take a rocket scientists to know you must get something of your own that you control…..I’m just saying

How to Create a Real Estate Website in under 10 Minutes

First, you will need to download FileZilla or just use your hosting back office to upload the real estate website to your server.

Next, you will need to “Download the Free Real Estate Website Files.” The folder that will be downloaded will be called “RE Website Dup Folder” It will include two files that will need to be added to the root part of your website or copy and pasted to any given folder you create as long as it’s empty.

Below you will see FileZilla, and from here, just enter the following.

  • Host:
  • Username:
  • Password:

Next Click Connect:

Once you connect, it will be easy to find your “public_html” folder where you should be able to upload your site. If your domain is fresh and right out the box, then you might not see that, so all you have to do is upload both files.

Must-Do: Create Database and User

For you to be able to upload this website to your server, you must first give the software access to upload. This is a straightforward process, so no need to complicate it.

Very Simple Steps…

Find the “MySQL Databases” tab and create databases for this new site and username. Make sure to name the database the same as your username.

  • Database Name/User: yoursite_dupsite
  • Password: XXXXXXX

Important: Make sure all USER Privileges are “CHECKED” without this key component you won’t be able to gain access to the server to upload the site.

You should be able to visit the link below to get to the install page if you did everything correctly.

Next, all you have to do is enter your database name and username along with the password.

In the 3rd setup, you should keep these fields as you see them. No need to change the path of the website unless you really know what you’re doing.

Continuing on in setup 3, you will find more options at the bottom of the platform.  It’s recommended you create a new username and password. You will need that login to get into your WordPress back office. Missing this section will get you locked out.

You see, I know most, or all of the real estate people who read this guide are not designers. For that reason, I’ve deiced to do something that will save you tons of time and the reason why it only takes about 10 minutes to create your real estate website.

I personally know how easy this process is from the old way of doing this if you had to do it from scratch. This is completely easy to do, and plus, it doesn’t take days to get a website up and running center around your local market.

Most people will look at your real estate website and say something like “where is the opt-in box” Sadly to say too many people feel like the opt-in box must be directly on the front page of the website..huh not

Go take a look at his website and let me know if you see an opt-in box on the front page of the site. For a website that does almost $100K a month doesn’t have an opt-in box on the front page…what’s going on here?

I wish I could’ve found that podcast that Pat did some time back that talk about the studies of not having the opt-in box on the front page. If Pat or someone who knows the podcast episode I’m talking about, will you email me or leave it in the comment section so I can add it here. I looked and just couldn’t find it.

Ever since then, I have really been trying to educate my clients about not having an opt-in box on the front page. Now I make sure I built a website where the focus is educational, and then if they want to opt-in, then here is the link. No more throwing the box in their faces forces them to make a decision. Now we allow them to take action, which in other words is a hotter lead than general people filling out the forms.

What I’ve done is created a page called “Sell Your House Fast,” where you will put that opt-in box. Every page on your site is linked to that page, so you will never have to worry about potential leads not finding it.

Besides that, now you have a deadly machine that is ready to be used. All you have to do now is start marketing the heck out of it to the massive and watch your online presence and leads soar.

Promoting Your Real Estate Website “Just Like Me”

I wish I can sit here and give you tons of stats from this website and other websites I’ve built up the years online. You see, I can post screenshots of me getting 600k people over to one of my other websites from just doing SEO.

What Can You Do For Me? Period

For this reason, I understand that the real estate industry works in the same fashion as any other industry. Some people will say we are in two different industry, how can online marketing websites be the same as a real estate website online?

Believe it or not, it’s all the same games as of creating an excellent educational website where people will do Google searches or go directly to your site to engage in your content. Doing that, we all want one common goal, which is to get the visitors to convert into a lead.

But before you even think about driving any traffic to this real estate website, you best create something I call epic-wow content if you don’t have this, then your website will not convert at a higher rate, nor will anyone share it.

If you can’t get people to read, like, link, or share your website and content, then you’ve just wasted your time and their time. Because when it comes to ranking these days, Google and friends look very carefully into how your website reacts through the social media platforms. If no one is engaging, then you’re in big trouble no matter how great your website is.

So the way we combat this is by creating epic-wow content.

What is Epic-wow Content?

My definition of epic wow content is a piece of material that can be content, videos, ebooks, guides and etc.. Things that are of value that will attract thousands if not millions of people who will be willing to share and link to it.

Simply stated is that you must create something the world will just die to read and share. This what you have to do if you plan on dominating any local market. If you are able to manage to do this at the highest level in your local real estate market, then you will be on your way to unlimited leads.

Why Is that?

One of the reasons for this is due to the fact your local community will start to market your content for you, which will be on your website. The content will answer questions and solve problems that will force people to talk about it.

You see, I’m one of those people who is willing to show you proof that this works. So below is a real-life case study I did in 2014 to see if I can write something epic-wow content that will go viral in the local community.

Basically, I wrote a blog post called ‘Living Broke in Minden La” within a 48hrs of posting that epic-wow content, I was able to accumulate over 4,165 visitors to that blog post. What I seemed to accomplish is that I created something epic that people will be interested in and willing to share.

Once a person reads your website content, they should feel the need to share. The second they click the “sharelike” button your content is instantly circulated among the hundreds of thousands of local friends they have. This is when your content can start to fall into the hands of thousands of people in a matter of hours just by creating something epic.

Quick Fact: I published that epic content online around 12 am on a Wednesday morning. Around 9 am, I got a call from a total stranger who at that time I didn’t personally know. Come to find out that this person was running for mayor of our city.

Obviously, he saw my writing from the tons of shares I got and wanted me to help out on the campaign. I came along and talked to him about epic-wow content and getting it out of the community. This is what we did was create something of value that touched on the community as a whole.

We posted this online, and just in a matter of about 24hrs, and over a five day period, that blog post had got over 3k local readers to read this and learn more about this candidate campaign. This I something that can be utilized in all industries, especially the real estate market.

Just to give you an example of some epic-wow content I’ve published, I will like to introduce you to what I call link-baits and shareable content.

These are simple examples of epic wow content that you need to start to create once your website is up and running. People must have something of value to read and share if you want free targeted local traffic to your website.

Tell the World

When I think about a brand new website, I most of the time put myself into the minds of new parents. Those newlyweds who are having their first child, and their pretty much so excited that they’re willing to tell the world about it.

You will see the mother taking tons of pictures of little “Mikey” in his crib just sleeping and doing nothing but just laying there trying to get some rest after being locked up for over nine months in his mother. So the little guy is tired and just looking to get tons of rest from his big journey into this world.

This is where people are willing to tell the world about their big bundle of joy. They start posting pictures on FaceBook, Instagram all other social media platforms they can find. The text messages begin to go out attached is a few pictures of the little guy still sleeping.

WHY is this?

People love to share things that mean the world to them, and even a website is thrown into that category also, when your real estate website is up and running and completely set up the way, you want it from the images down to the content.

Be proud of what you just created, which was not easy, but you manage to put it all together with the help I provided. Just telling the world about it will at least get it out there in a few hands that may share it or even take advantage of your services.

No matter what you do just be active telling the world about something that will become the centerpiece of your real estate business for today and years to come.

Tracking Results with Google Webmaster

One of the final things I want to leave you with today is some form of how to see if the marketing you’re doing is paying off. In the world of online marketing, you will find out real quick that nothing happens overnight when first starting out.

This is a marathon and not a 100-meter dash

Most people rate a successful website in the form of getting leads to sign up. If they don’t see leads coming in, then, they start to panic and wonder if this marketing even worth it. So what I suggest is not to look at the side of the lead of it, which I tell all my clients you’re looking for six months to a year process to see any dominant force online.

What you need to do is just track the success of your website throughout the search engine. Monitor the index pages, backlinks, and search queries, which are all the keywords you’re ranked for.

Next, what you want to do is click on the link to the right side of the page they say “Add a Site.”

From there, you can follow the simple format to add your website to the platform. Now once active, you will have something that will track every performance use of your website. You ill even get notifications from Google if any suspicious activity and going on to your website. Given you the opportunity to clear the matter and get that site back in good standing in the search engines.

The platform has tons of things that monitor your website, but just for this guide, I only want to focus on the backlinks and search queries.  

One of the fantastic things about creating epic-wow content is that people not only start to share it, but they start to link to it. When people begin to link to it, then it starts the wheels moving of it up the rankings.

Let me give you a perfect example of a theory that can happen if you write epic-wow content, and people start to link to it.

Let’s say I target the keyword “Shreveport Real Estate” that gets about 1,600 exact searches per month. I will create some epic-wow content titled something like…

Now let’s say the top 5 websites listed in google have the following backlinks

  • • Position # 1 83 links
  • • Position # 2 15 links
  • • Position # 3 156 links
  • • Position # 4 5 links
  • • Position # 5 19 links

Now, as you can see, the links vary all over the place due to the fact is that this SEO stuff is really tricky. You see, I been doing it for over ten years now and can tell you exactly why #1 outranks higher than # 3, which has by far more links. Right. The issues behind this come to on-page SEO and the quality of links pointing to your website page.

Meaning the #3 website may not be completely optimized for that keyword for “Shreveport Real Estate” Just for this reason alone, most people will not even dare tackle doing SEO because of all the layers you have to pull back.

So if I wanted to outrank these sites, then first, my content must be 100% better than theirs. What I will do is visit each website and analysis its content. If it’s a bunch of crap, then I know all I have to do is create something epic-wow optimize it correctly and Bingo I’m on the way to higher rankings, which should bring in more leads.

All I need to do now and share that content with as many people as I can and encourage them to share it and link to it if they feel that it’s something of value. I will keep doing this for as long as I need to until I start to see in my back off of Google Webmaster the backlinks coming in. 

Seeing this is what will be my goal instead of leads knowing that in reality, if I can get maybe 100 good highly quality backlinks, I should be able to outrank those top websites for these simple reasons.

  • Content is fully optimized
  • Epic-wow content
  • Content is Shareable

The search engines are looking for these three main elements now when it comes to ranking. If you hit them all them, you have a better chance of ranking for high keywords. Google Webmaster just allows you to see the results from your efforts.

They keep track of all the links coming to your website, so make sure to keep a close eye on who’s linking to you, so you will know that your efforts are paying off.

Finally, you will start to see that the content you just created in ranking for not only your main keyword that you’re trying to target, but it also will rank for what we call long-tail keywords. Underneath your search queries tab, you will see a list of keywords you are rankings for.

Wow..can does not tell you how good it feels to see that the content you’re writing is producing some form of rankings. Now it might not be the best from day one, but you do see some sort of success.

Google Webmaster provides all of this information for free on tracking your search results. Now there is software out there that takes these steps further when it comes to tracking your rankings. But I’m not going to get int those tools because honestly, it will just confuse the heck out of you, and most importantly this platform is FREE…and we all love the word FREE

Take Action Today

With over 8,900 words on the page, my fingers are about to fall off from all this typing. I felt as though I had to create this guide for those who don’t want to pay a so-called website designer $1,000 or more for real estate web sites. Plus, maybe you don’t want to get to one of those REI websites that charge you a monthly fee for using their platform to build and host your website on their server, which you will haven’t continued to pay until the end of time.

I wanted to put this together for all those thousands of realtors, investors, wholesalers, and brokers who just want something of value without having to be out of tons of money. For that reason, I tried to fill this need in the market for people who wish to awesome SEO friendly websites that are filled with a lead generating epic-wow content.

Come to find out all those other platforms out there online that help you setup the REI website is pretty good. They give you all the pages you need but lack the full experience you need to dominate your local market. I don’t want just an REI website that has general information on it I want something of value that people will share and link to.

That should be the first question to yourself when you see your website completely done is this something people will love to share and link to it. If not, then you might want to go in another direction, which I think is an educational real estate website that serves the entire community.
